Jei norit likti be automobilio mažiau nei 24 valandas prieš - rinktinės juos:)Labai nusivyliau TOPRENT paslaugomis ir aptarnavimu. Penktadienį rezervavau automobilį, gavau patvirtinimą, o šeštadienį sulaukiau skambučio, kad savaitgalį atsiėmimas iš Kauno stoties negalimas. Man buvo pasiūlyta atsiimti automobilį Kauno oro uoste. Paaiškinau, kad man tai netinka, tačiau siūliau sumokėti papildomai, jei automobilis būtų pristatytas į mano nurodytą vietą, tačiau vadybininkė atsisakė bet kokio kompromiso.Paprašius kompensuoti kelionės išlaidas arba pritaikyti nuolaidą užsakymui, vadybininkė pažadėjo perskambinti, tačiau taip ir nesulaukiau atsakymo. Po 3,5 val. gavau laišką į el. paštą su pranešimu, kad rezervacija atšaukta.Labai nuvylė neprofesionalus požiūris ir atsakomybės vengimas. Ne tik neišsprendė problemos, bet ir sugadino savaitgalio planus. Nerekomenduoju. Show less

Amennyi rossz értékelést olvastam féltem egy kicsit miután megkötötték a korrekt árú bérleti megállapodást. Vettünk házzá természetesen biztosítást is. Eddig a folyamat online zajlott, közvetítő vagy köztes fél (pl booking) bevonása nélkül. Mikor átvettük az autót az ügyintéző korrekt volt. Semmi negatívat nem tudok mondani. Jelezte hogy a biztosítás amit vettünk mi előre alap szintű, célszerű lenne szintet emelni. Ha ezt megtesszük, akkor q kaució sem 300€, csak 100€, illetve kár, baleset esetén így az önrész 0€. Előre elmondta azt is, hogy a kaució csak 30 nap után fog visszajönni. Megvettük. Illetve ha nem akarjátok az autót takarítani,erre is lehetőség van 15€ ellenében. Az autón voltak apróbb sérülések, de ezt az átvételi lapon előre jelezték. (Lásd kép, semmi komoly). Az autó visszavétele is egyszerű volt. Az egy csillag levonás csak a nehézkes megtalálhatóság miatt van. Szóval nekem összességében pozitív a benyomásom a srácokról. Show less

Leider muss ich sagen, dass sogar 1 Stern zu viel für diese Firma ist. Insgesamt war ich anfangs ganz zufrieden mit dem Service, bis ich etwa 5 Monate nach der Anmietung meines Autos eine E-Mail von ihnen erhielt. Darin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie mir 150 Euro abziehen, weil ich angeblich einen Strafzettel erhalten habe – was definitiv nicht stimmt.Es scheint, als würden sie auf diese Weise versuchen, ihr Geld zu verdienen, und das ist sehr schade. Ich kann diese Firma daher nicht empfehlen. Show less

Be careful when you sign the documents before taking a car for rent because you are signing that if you violate the traffic rules some unheard of company Admita will charge you not only a fine but another €50 on top... and I don't know for what.Since it is very easy to commit a violate in Lithuania, especially if you come from another country where the rules are different, you may have considerable losses. This company Admita fines you more than the police fine.For example: for wrong parking a fine is €15 but you will pay €65 . €50 will take from your card extra because you are signed. :(Choose rental companies carefully! Gotta be careful what extras you're paying for as they may lie and overcharge you. Promise you free certain service and a big tank of cheap fuel, but when receipt is received via email much later, just to find out there was no free services and fuel tank they sold is actually small. Show less

The person working there is of questionable mental state. Very arrogant for no reason, absolutely no chance of having your questions answered. Contradicts himself, says it's up to the rental broker to decide whether debit cards are accepted. To get our money back we had to communicate with the broker (rentalcars.com), who told us to go back to the office so we could have a call over the speaker. When I came back to the office and mentioned a refund he quickly got angry, basically kicked me out, locked the office and disappeared. During this time other customers came and left. As a customer I've never been treated so bad because I'm never confrontational when solving issues. On the other hand when I called Toprent's central office they were reasonable in answering my questions.Avoid this place like the plague. 4 hours and 70 EUR wasted. Show less

The worst rent company ever, the guy that is sitting there is worthless and rude. They not taking american express cards but they writte it in the end of 500 pages with small letters which is one of the most important things in renting a car. The guy that was there instead of trying to help or offering some solutions making rude comments and saying that its not his problems. If you so dont love your job maybe just quit. Show less
