The person working there is of questionable mental state. Very arrogant for no reason, absolutely no chance of having your questions answered. Contradicts himself, says it's up to the rental broker to decide whether debit cards are accepted. To get our money back we had to communicate with the broker (rentalcars.com), who told us to go back to the office so we could have a call over the speaker. When I came back to the office and mentioned a refund he quickly got angry, basically kicked me out, locked the office and disappeared. During this time other customers came and left. As a customer I've never been treated so bad because I'm never confrontational when solving issues. On the other hand when I called Toprent's central office they were reasonable in answering my questions.Avoid this place like the plague. 4 hours and 70 EUR wasted. Show less

Arrived at Kaunas after booking car rental through booking.com only to be told i had to pay an extra £100 deposit as i did not have a credit card. Was then told inhad tontake their insurance out at €20 per day. I was told the deposit would be refunded after a month. Waited a month, no refund. Called them at least 6 times over a number of days. Different agents answered. One palmed me off to another and nearly 2 months on still no refund, accepted that ive lost out. Very disappointed and upset Show less

Leider muss ich sagen, dass sogar 1 Stern zu viel für diese Firma ist. Insgesamt war ich anfangs ganz zufrieden mit dem Service, bis ich etwa 5 Monate nach der Anmietung meines Autos eine E-Mail von ihnen erhielt. Darin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie mir 150 Euro abziehen, weil ich angeblich einen Strafzettel erhalten habe – was definitiv nicht stimmt.Es scheint, als würden sie auf diese Weise versuchen, ihr Geld zu verdienen, und das ist sehr schade. Good price, nice car, close location to airport kaunas (no shuttle, just a short walk). Friendly staff. Didn’t like the extensive extra list and felt ripped off by the 15€ „mandatory cleaning costs“. All these questions and payments make the checkin slow Show less

Det er et rent fusk selskab, en tredje part udlejer, som tjener penge på at narre folk. Selvom man køber forsikring, den dækker ikke noget, selskabet er ikke tilgængelig telefonisk eller fysisk. Udlejning selskabet er også interesseret at tjene penge på alt - du skal vaske og gøre bilen rent inden returnering, personale virkelig uprofessionel og taler ned til folk. Hold jer væk! Show less

I had a great experience with this car rental company. Booking online was simple, and pickup at the airport was smooth with friendly and helpful staff. They offered convenient add-ons like discounted car cleaning and a full fuel tank option. The car was brand new, and drop-off was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommended! Show less
