The person working there is of questionable mental state. Very arrogant for no reason, absolutely no chance of having your questions answered. Contradicts himself, says it's up to the rental broker to decide whether debit cards are accepted. To get our money back we had to communicate with the broker (rentalcars.com), who told us to go back to the office so we could have a call over the speaker. When I came back to the office and mentioned a refund he quickly got angry, basically kicked me out, locked the office and disappeared. During this time other customers came and left. As a customer I've never been treated so bad because I'm never confrontational when solving issues. Be careful when you sign the documents before taking a car for rent because you are signing that if you violate the traffic rules some unheard of company Admita will charge you not only a fine but another €50 on top... and I don't know for what.Since it is very easy to commit a violate in Lithuania, especially if you come from another country where the rules are different, you may have considerable losses. Arrived at Kaunas after booking car rental through booking.com only to be told i had to pay an extra £100 deposit as i did not have a credit card. Was then told inhad tontake their insurance out at €20 per day. I was told the deposit would be refunded after a month. Waited a month, no refund. Called them at least 6 times over a number of days. Different agents answered. One palmed me off to another and nearly 2 months on still no refund, accepted that ive lost out. Very disappointed and upset Show less
