Jei norit likti be automobilio mažiau nei 24 valandas prieš - rinktinės juos:)Labai nusivyliau TOPRENT paslaugomis ir aptarnavimu. Penktadienį rezervavau automobilį, gavau patvirtinimą, o šeštadienį sulaukiau skambučio, kad savaitgalį atsiėmimas iš Kauno stoties negalimas. Man buvo pasiūlyta atsiimti automobilį Kauno oro uoste. Paaiškinau, kad man tai netinka, tačiau siūliau sumokėti papildomai, jei automobilis būtų pristatytas į mano nurodytą vietą, tačiau vadybininkė atsisakė bet kokio kompromiso.Paprašius kompensuoti kelionės išlaidas arba pritaikyti nuolaidą užsakymui, vadybininkė pažadėjo perskambinti, tačiau taip ir nesulaukiau atsakymo. Po 3,5 val. gavau laišką į el. paštą su pranešimu, kad rezervacija atšaukta.Labai nuvylė neprofesionalus požiūris ir atsakomybės vengimas. Ne tik neišsprendė problemos, bet ir sugadino savaitgalio planus. Nerekomenduoju. Show less

Be careful when you sign the documents before taking a car for rent because you are signing that if you violate the traffic rules some unheard of company Admita will charge you not only a fine but another €50 on top... and I don't know for what.Since it is very easy to commit a violate in Lithuania, especially if you come from another country where the rules are different, you may have considerable losses. This company Admita fines you more than the police fine.For example: for wrong parking a fine is €15 but you will pay €65 . €50 will take from your card extra because you are signed. :(Choose rental companies carefully! rien n'est marqué dans les conditions.N'essayez même pas de louer une voiture si vous avez une carte de débit et non crédit car ils vous facturons 20 euros d'assurance.Si vous êtes jeunes conducteurs rajoutez 38 euros de frais. J'accepte le fait d'avoir des frais supplémentaires mais lorsque ils sont pas marqués dans les conditions de ventes j'estime que c'est du vol. No aparece por ningún lado el mostrador, y cuando por fin te enteras por Google Maps que es el mismo que enterprise rent-a-car, tardan muchísimo en atender a los cuatro que están delante. Arrived at Kaunas after booking car rental through booking.com only to be told i had to pay an extra £100 deposit as i did not have a credit card. Was then told inhad tontake their insurance out at €20 per day. I was told the deposit would be refunded after a month. Waited a month, no refund. Called them at least 6 times over a number of days. Different agents answered. One palmed me off to another and nearly 2 months on still no refund, accepted that ive lost out. Very disappointed and upset Show less

Never book with these guys. Told me via phone that I could pay the depoid with debid card. Ones there it wasnt possible. To rent the car they told me to take the most expensive insurance pack (100 euro or so) and after I could do the deposid by depid card. Now more then a month later I am still waiting to get the deposid back. But they always have other excuses. Very bad company. Also unfriendely and slow workers at the pick up. Show less
